Good day at work was being the last to leave and thus my boss saying I got all the tips(:

Rachel Winter: Undergraduate student currently working on majors in forensic science and anthropology and minors in biology and criminal justice. Passion for fitness, love for lifting but deformed heart that should not be subjected to lifting. So interval training, tabata circuits, light weights high reps, plyometrics, and calisthenics please. You can expect to find updates on my academic pursuits and workouts/fitness related posts here. Primarily workout stuff though :)
