Day 6 of vacation and driving home

Day 6 was a HIIT/ cardio day. Here's the workout:
Warm up: jog 5:00
5 rounds of the following:
:30 sprint
3:00 jog
:30 sprint
1:00 walk 
 Try this outdoors in the sun! ☀️😱💦

Day 7 is currently being spent driving the roughly 6.5 hours home 🙈 thus it's a rest day.
